To confirm your stay with us, here’s what we need to know.


If you haven’t registered with us before, we’ll need contact details (you only need your email and password if you’re already registered)


Your permanent address, year of study and university details


A credit or debit card to pay your deposit – if you don’t have either, don’t worry. Simply call +(44)20 3096 1717 and we can arrange an alternative method of payment

It will only take ten minutes to complete your booking – no matter where in the world you are.

As an international student, you can pay your deposit online using either a credit or debit card, or by bank transfer.

To make it even easier, you have three different payment options

All-in-one Two instalments Four instalments
Annual payment to be paid prior to arrival – this is our most popular option for international students, and there is no guarantor needed You’ll need a guarantor, but your payment will be split over two instalments. Your guarantor doesn’t have to be UK based, but they do need to provide a recent utility bill and ID. Payments split over four instalments, but you will need a UK-based guarantor for this option.
