Your monthly cleaning service and grab and go breakfast every weekday is also included in your weekly rent. There’s no need to sign up to a gym! We have one on site, open 24/7. And we’ve got free tea and coffee in the hub so you’ll save a fortune on take out coffee and save the planet.

  All our buildings offer a superfast Wi-Fi connection which allows you to stay connected wherever you are in the building; in your studio, around the Residence or in the hub space.
  
  You will also have your own individual private & secure personal wireless network. Unlike services at other providers, not only can you connect each of your devices to the internet but you can also enable 10 personal SMART devices to discover and connect to each other. This means that you can share content between your SMART devices in a private and secure way just like you would in a traditional home setting and you can do it safe in the knowledge that nobody else in the building can connect to them.
