1. Upgraded Benefitsmore
1.1 Subject to these Terms and Conditions, Vita Student residents who meet the eligibility criteria set out in clause 2 below (“Eligible Residents”) will have access to the upgraded benefits made available by Vita Student Management Ltd (“Vita Student”).
1.2 By accessing the Upgraded Benefits, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility and availability of the Upgraded Benefitsmore
2.1 To be eligible to participate in the Upgraded Benefits, you must:
- 2.1.1 have a current and existing accommodation agreement for a Deluxe or Ultimate room in a Vita Student building for the 2026/2027 academic year; and
- 2.1.2 not be in breach of any term of your accommodation agreement or any of the Vita Student House Rules.
2.2 To confirm which Upgraded Benefits are available for your room, you should refer to the relevant room page for the room type you are booking in the Vita Student building you have chosen to stay in. If an Upgraded Benefit is not listed within the services and features information for that room, it is not included or available to you.
2.3 Provision of the Upgraded Benefits by Vita Student is always subject to availability. There are no alternatives to the Upgraded Benefits, and they are not negotiable, transferable or exchangeable.
2.4 Vita Student reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withdraw, change or replace any Upgraded Benefit, or to amend these Terms and Conditions, without notice and for any reason.
2.5 If you are found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, your accommodation agreement or the Vita Student House Rules, Vita Student reserves the right to suspend, withdraw or revoke your use of the Upgraded Benefits.

3. The Upgraded Benefits and Specific Terms and Conditionsmore
3.1 Free Airport Pick-up Service
3.1.1 The following specific terms and conditions apply to the free airport pick-up service:
- (a) Use of the service may be subject to other terms and conditions relevant to the provision of the service, including the terms and conditions of the relevant pick-up service provider.
- (b) Only one (1) transfer from your arrival airport to your Vita Student accommodation is included for the duration of your accommodation agreement.
- (c) The transfer is subject to a maximum cost value of £250. If your journey costs more than £250, you will be required to pay any amount above the £250 maximum, charged in accordance with the relevant service provider’s rates.
- (d) The service is not exclusive, and you may share transport with other Eligible Residents who have booked similar journeys.
3.2 Laundry – Free Wash & Dry Cycle
3.2.1 The following specific terms and conditions apply to the laundry Upgraded Benefit:
- (a) As an Eligible Resident, you are entitled to one (1) free wash and dry cycle per week (“Free Wash & Dry”). This will be automatically credited to your account on the Airwallet App each week.
- (b) If you do not use the Free Wash & Dry in a particular week, the credit will not be carried over to a following week and your entitlement to that credit will be lost.
- (c) The Free Wash & Dry is subject to the availability of the laundry machines.
3.3 Free printing
3.3.1 The following specific terms and conditions apply to the printing Upgraded Benefit:
- (a) As an Eligible Resident, you will automatically receive a £10 printing credit per month, which will be loaded onto the Print It App (“Printing Credit”).
- (b) If you do not use the full amount of the Printing Credit in a particular month, the Printing Credit, or any remaining balance of it, will not be carried over to a following month and your entitlement to that credit will be lost.
- (c) The Printing Credit is subject to the availability of the printing machines.
3.4 Complimentary weekly cleaning service
3.4.1 The following specific terms and conditions apply to the complimentary weekly cleaning service (“Cleaning Service”) Upgraded Benefit:
- (a) The Cleaning Service is available only to Eligible Residents who have booked a Deluxe or Ultimate room. The service includes vacuuming, dusting, wiping down surfaces and bathroom cleaning. It does not include dishwashing, laundry, or the removal of rubbish or personal belongings.
- (b) The Cleaning Service will be scheduled weekly at Vita Student’s discretion and is subject to availability. If access to the apartment is not possible at the scheduled time, or if the apartment is not left in a fit state for cleaning, for example because it is too cluttered or messy, the service will be forfeited for that week. No alternative or compensation will be provided. The Cleaning Service does not roll over if unused.
- (c) Vita Student reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the Cleaning Service at any time without compensation. Vita Student is not responsible for any damage to personal belongings left in the apartment during cleaning.

4. Generalmore
4.1 Vita Student will not be responsible for, and does not accept, any liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use or receipt of any Upgraded Benefits, except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law.
4.2 These Terms and Conditions are governed by, and will be construed in accordance with, English law.
