After this period, your contract becomes binding for the full licence period. However, you may still be able to cancel under certain conditions (for example, if your visa is refused or you do not receive a university place).

Yes. You can choose to pay in one annual payment, two instalments, or four instalments.
When you book, you’ll pay a small Advance Licence Fee (equivalent to your first 2 weeks’ rent). The remaining balance will be split based on your selected payment plan.

That means you can access our open hub spaces, open study spaces and gym from 10am-6pm every day even before you move in with us.
All you need to do is report to reception and sign in to collect your visitors fob. Fobs are only live for 8 hours and will be required to be given back at the end of each visit.
Unfortunately you won’t be able to use our private bookable spaces as these are booked through the Vita Student app which you will only have access to once you are living within the building.
