Do I need to have already booked with Vita Student to refer friends?more
Yes, you’ll need to have paid for your booking to be eligible for referral rewards.

Who can refer friends?more
Any current Vita Student resident, or anyone who has booked to live with us for the 24/25 academic year can refer friends.

Can I refer a friend to a different building to the one I‘ve booked?more
Yes! You can refer your friend to any of our buildings. Your friend just needs to tell us which city and building they want to stay in and when we get in touch with them. Just make sure your friend is happy to be contacted by us before referring them.

Can I refer more than one friend?more
Absolutely. The more friends you refer, the more you can earn. There’s no limit.

Do I need to pay my booking fee before I invite my friends?more
You’ll need to have paid your booking to secure your own room before receiving cashback for referring a friend.

How will I receive cash-back?more
We would notify you of the payment method prior to sending the cash-back but it is typically paid via PayPal, a world renowned secure and safe payment platform.

When will I get my cash-back for referring my friend?more
Referral incentives will be paid in October and November. If you have booked to pay for your License Fee on an instalment plan in Spain, your referral incentive will be eligible for payment after you have paid your October instalment.

How can I refer a friend and what are the benefits?more
Referring your friends is easy. You can complete the process in just 4 simple steps:
1. Check that your friend is happy to be contacted by us and ask them for the email and phone number that they wish for us to contact them on.
2. Complete our referral form giving us yours and your friends details including the building you have booked for or are currently staying in.
3. Our sales team will be in touch shortly after to make the booking with your friend.
4. As long as you meet the criteria, you and your friend will both receive £100 from us by December.

I'm not living at Vita Student anymore or will be leaving shortly, can I still refer my friend to stay here?more
Of course! The Vita Student experience is worth shouting about. While you would no longer be eligible for the rewards of the referral scheme, you would be ensuring your friend has the best accommodation during their studies.

What are the rules for referring a friend to stay at Vita?more
If you have booked to stay with us during the 2023/2024 or 2024/25 academic year and refer another student to us who successfully goes on to book within 28-days of being referred by you, and their booking is for an occupation period of no less than 44-weeks during the 2024/25 academic year in any of our Vita Student buildings, both you and the student you refer to us will receive £100/100€ after you check-in next year (from time to time this amount may be increased in line with temporary promotions).
The person you refer must not be already active on our database.
The £100/€100 referral incentive isn’t awarded as a discount off the License Fee – it will be paid to you as a separate payment, via a payment method of Vita Student’s choice.
The referral cashback would be void if one of you were to not check into our Vita Residence.
