Vita Collective Terms and Conditions

1) The promoter (“Vita Student”) offers a financial reward as recognition for referring other students who successfully book with us for the 2026/27 academic year (the “Referral Programme”).

2) You may participate in the Referral Programme between 00:00 on 5 November 2025 and 23:59 on 30 September 2026.

3) The reward under the Referral Programme will consist of cashback (“Cashback”), the amount of which will be determined based on the number of referred students, as set out below:

• When you refer one friend, you will create a booking group of two people, and both of you will receive £200 Cashback;
• When one of you refers another friend, the booking group will consist of three people, and each person will receive £300 Cashback;
• When one of you refers another friend, the booking group will consist of four people, and each person will receive £400 Cashback;
• When one of you refers another friend, the booking group will consist of five people, and each person will receive £500 Cashback;
• When one of you refers another friend, the booking group will consist of six people, and each person will receive £600 Cashback.

4) Please note the following clarifications regarding Cashback:

• Cashback amounts increase progressively by £100 for each additional friend added, up to a maximum group size of 6 people.
• Cashback increases each time a new friend is added. It is not cumulative, meaning the maximum Cashback available when the group reaches 6 people is £600 per person within that group.
• If any person within the group cancels their booking at any time before 23:59 on 1 November 2026 (the “Cashback Eligibility Date”), the Cashback for that group will reduce by £100 for each person who cancels. For example, in a group of 5 people eligible for £500 Cashback, if one person cancels, the group size becomes 4 people, meaning each remaining person will receive £400 Cashback.
• If someone within a maximum group of six wishes to continue referring additional friends, they may do so. For each new referral, both the new friend and the referring student will receive £100 Cashback. However, that new person will not be added to the original group and must create their own referral group in order to increase their Cashback, in line with section 3.
• There is no limit to the number of students you may refer under this promotion.

Referring Student Eligibility Criteria

5) As the referring student, to be eligible to participate in the Referral Programme you must:

• Be a current resident in 2025/2026 or have booked with us for the 2026/27 academic year; and
• Not be in breach of the licence agreement between you and Vita Student (or one of its associated companies) (“Accommodation Agreement”); and
• Refer a person who will be a full-time student during the 2026/27 academic year and wishes to book a room in a Vita Student building.

Referred Student Eligibility Criteria

6) For a referred student to be eligible to participate in the Referral Programme, they must:

• Successfully complete a booking with us in a Vita Student building within 28 days of being referred by you; and
• Book a stay period of no less than 44 weeks during the 2026/27 academic year; and
• Not already be registered or active within our database at the time they are referred; and
• Not have previously been referred to Vita Student by one of our independent referral booking partners.

The Referring Student Eligibility Criteria and the Referred Student Eligibility Criteria together shall constitute the “Eligibility Criteria”.

Eligibility Criteria for Claiming the Financial Reward

7) You and the students you have referred will be eligible to claim Cashback when the following conditions are met on the Cashback Eligibility Date:

• The Eligibility Criteria have been satisfied; and
• Both you and the students you referred have occupied your respective rooms under your respective Accommodation Agreements in Vita Student buildings; and
• All payments due up to that date under your respective Accommodation Agreements have been made; and
• Neither you nor any student referred by you are in breach of any contractual terms within your Accommodation Agreement.

How to Claim Your Reward

8) If you have successfully referred a student and the Eligibility Criteria have been met, we will contact you no later than 15 November 2026 via the email address you provided when making your booking to invite you to claim your reward.

9) You must claim your reward before 23:59 on 1 December 2026; after this date, Cashback will no longer be available and it will be deemed that you and any referred students waive all rights to claim it.

10) Cashback is not a discount or deduction from any fees or charges owed by you or the referred student to Vita Student. The Cashback amount will instead be paid separately via bank transfer or another method communicated to you when Vita Student contacts you in accordance with clause 8.

11) Please note that in order to claim the reward, you may be required to accept the terms and conditions of a third-party payment provider appointed to manage payments on our behalf.

General

12) Vita Student reserves the right to amend, terminate or withdraw this promotional offer at any time without prior notice or liability to you or any person you may refer.

13) To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vita Student, its agents or associated companies, or any of its employees, shall not in any circumstances be responsible for compensating winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of accepting the prize except where caused by the negligence of Vita Student, its agents, associated companies or employees.

14) Vita Student will only process the personal information of any winner in accordance with the Vita Student Privacy Policy.

16) These terms and conditions (and any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them) shall be governed by English law, and participants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

• All outstanding payments due under your respective Accommodation Agreements have been made.

How to claim your reward

8. If you successfully referred a student and all eligibility terms have been met, we will contact you in November 2025 by email and invite you to claim your reward.

9. You must claim your reward before 1 December 2025. After this date, the reward will no longer be available and all rights to claim it will be forfeited.

10. The reward is not a discount against any fees or charges owed by you or the referred student, but rather a separate monetary payment which we will pay via a method of our choosing. In order to claim the reward, you may be required to accept the terms and conditions of a third-party payment provider appointed to manage payments on our behalf.
