With World Mental Health Day coming up on the 10th of October, we want to make accessing support as easy as possible for all Vita Students living in Barcelona.
Whether pre-exam stress is causing anxiety, the changes in season are making you feel a little blue, or you’re struggling to adapt to your new routine, you’re not alone.

University of Barcelona
What mental health support is available to me?
The UB offers psychological support to all of its students and staff. To access the university’s mental health services, you’ll need to fill in the form here. The team will respond to your request and put you in touch with the appropriate team that can help. Alternatively, you can email the university’s Psychological Support Service team at support.psicologic@ub.edu.
ESADE Business School
What mental health support is available to me?
The university offers a Psychological and Counselling Service (PACS) to all ESADE students. This is a free and confidential service designed to support your psychological, physical, social, and emotional health. PACS also provides multiple prevention initiatives including individual counselling, orientation, peer groups and curricular accommodation. Click here to meet your Wellbeing Ambassadors.

EU Business School
What mental health support is available to me?
The university offers support through its dedicated Wellbeing Program. This course is designed to provide emotional and psychological support to students through workshops on topics such as stress management, resilience, depression and anxiety. Learn more about it here.

What mental health support is available to me?
