    You need to be over 17 and a full-time university student in the UK or Spain to live at Vita Student.

    No matter which route you take, it is around a 35-40 minute journey by car from Edinburgh Airport to our accommodation at Iona Street – Traffic-dependent, of course!

    The tram from Newhaven takes around 42 minutes, with 17 stops going straight through Edinburgh’s scenic city centre. Our Iona Street accommodation is then just a short 6-minute walk from the Balfour Street stop.

    Getting the bus? Catch the Airport Express bus from Edinburgh Airport to the city centre. The journey takes approximately 24 minutes and is just five stops to Princes Street in the heart of the new town.

    From here, take the Seafield bus for 16 minutes (8 stops) to the Albert Street stop – we are located 3 minutes away.

    We offer a complimentary Airport Pick Up Service to the value of £250 for anyone who books a Deluxe or Ultimate room.
